Parents with more than one small child know all the hassles of having to carry two (or more) of everything: diaper bags, feeding bottles, strollers! If juggling all those things plus a baby is a challenge, just imagine having to work double.
That’s why manufacturers came up with the idea of having strollers designed for two. And parents and caregivers of multiple children are exactly who the BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller was designed for. It also comes with new and innovative features that BOB claims will make it “perfect for any sport experience”.
Each package comes with the stroller, 2 canopies and an instruction guide.
Here we review what you can expect from BOB’s latest offering:

Design and Comfort
The BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller comes with three wheels, seats for two and a large canopy. Each seat can handle as much as 50 pounds of weight. You can choose from 3 available colors: black, navy and orange.
BOB has been designing and manufacturing strollers for a while now but they have completely changed the way the seats are designed for the Revolution. The headrest comes with extra padding now. And the 5-point harness has padded support all over. The seat angle is a little higher than previous models and the recline function is now easier and simpler to use.
The only issue one can fault with the seat is how it doesn’t fully recline. It only goes about ¾ of the way down.
The footrest area has also been revamped, offering more leg room.
One other thing to love about the BOB Revolution is the big canopies. The window at the top covers the entire canopy. That means you can actually see the whole child. The cover rolls up and tucks into a top pocket. The 2 new Velcro straps also allow for excess material to be pulled back and voila! More headroom for your child.
The new suspension system makes it a very comfortable ride for the little ones as each bump in the road is minimized. This is especially beneficial if you live in the country with rough roads. Parents will also find it easier to push the stroller around. The wheels are larger, with rims made of heavy-duty plastic. And if you ever had to pump more air into the wheels, you’d appreciate how the air valves are angles to make it easier.
The swiveling front wheels make for easy maneuverability. The locking mechanism on the front wheel gives better stability especially when jogging or on tough terrain. And that makes for a smoother ride for the little one, too.
The footbrake is a simple bar that you can push or pull up. Nothing really new there. But it is easy to use. The only real drawback is it sometimes doesn’t fit in narrow doorways, but it’s a double so that’s pretty much expected.
Another thing you can expect is the weight. It can get heavy. So if you live where you have to take the stairs, you might be in for a workout just lugging the thing up and down. And again, because it’s a double, it’s big even folded up. You might find it a little difficult to fit in some standard-sized cars.
Folding is supposed to be an easy and simple process but unlike other strollers, the 3-part fold on the BOB Revolution will require both your hands. That can be troublesome if your baby isn’t old enough to sit on the car seat while you stash the stroller into the trunk. Some may also find it annoying that the wheels have to be removed to fit into the car’s trunk. It does come with a sort of “leash” attached to the handle bar. It doubles as a snap to lock the stroller closed when it’s folded.
The storage basket at the bottom has also been given a redesign. It now comes with raised sides. That makes the basket higher and deeper. The fabric is waterproof so staining will be almost unheard of. It’s also incredibly durable. You’d find people who’ve had the BOB Revolution for years with nary a tear or stain or squeaking to complain about. No wonder BOB can confidently offer a 5-year limited warranty on the frame without batting an eyelash. The warranty on smaller parts and the fabric is just 1 year, however, you might not even need to use it.
Car Seat Adapter
The BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller unfortunately does not come with a car seat adapter out of the box. You have to buy it extra. And that would set you back another $68 on average. The nice thing, though, is the extra accessory can fit into almost any type car. So the additional cost may just be worth it. Here are adapters for Chicco, for Britax, for Graco and for Peg Perego.
It doesn’t come with any additional accessories out of the box. But car seat adapters, snack trays, weather shields and handlebar consoles can all be bought separately.
